2. Buying tickets for events or delivering products and services that you have purchased

The lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal data in relation to orders for goods or services is listed in Article 6(1)(b), because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Where Does Your Information Come From?

All personal data processed as part of Festival activities will come directly from you, for example through you purchasing tickets via the UEA Store.

We do not intend to share your personal data with any third party. Any specific requests from a third party for us to share your personal data with them will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the data protection laws.
